Everyday Cooking at the Cole House

spacer

I posted these recipes back when I was working outside the home full time in IT. When I bacame a SAHM, as a result of moving to a more whole foods approach, I began preparing a cookbook, which grew to very silly proportions as a word processing document. I keep thinking I will put something more up-to-date on the web, but it has yet to happen. In the meantime, these dishes are fast and easy, even if not quite as complete vegetable-wise as they should be.

As I eat gluten-free, these contain a mix of gluten-free flours. If you do not need to eat gluten-free, you can combine all the starches and rice flour amounts and use that much all-purpose flour, omitting the xanthan gum (if used), and you should get acceptable results.
