Note that the GD column, while showing the Thoth deck, is presenting the GD path assignments. Crowley's differs in switching Tzaddi and Heh ("Tzaddi is not the Star.")

Note that in his book, Gray only complains about the problems in Hebrew with 6-8 / 6-9 and 3-5 / 3-6. I have gone ahead and made the swaps in the table here. Given his renumbering, I suspect he did so as well in coming to his English Qabalah, but it is inconclusive, as he discusses the letters first in their unswapped position, and does not give a table with the Hebrew letters (discussion of them is only intermediate to the presentation of the English letters).
