4 tbsp Sugar? 3 tbsp Canola Oil? 2 tbsp White Vinegar?
Premix dressing, with a fork in the bottom of a large lidded (e.g. tupperware) dish or shake in a small lidded jar.
1 bag shredded Cabbage? (about 1/2 head)
Add cabbage and mix to incorporate. Chill for best taste.
Coleslaw History
As far as I can tell, "coleslaw" itself started as koolsla, meaning cabbage salad, a Dutch recipe preserved in print in the 18th century in America.
