p. 38 Please Touch – Popeye’s Favorite Snack – Serves

10 oz package frozen chopped Spinach?
1 cup Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs?
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese?
3 Egg?s, beaten
1 Onion?, chopped
4 tbsp Butter?, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Bake at 350 on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. These can be frozen before cooking. Without thawing, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

I'm guessing that Mickey Forster is not the author of this version of the recipe, but merely typed it into the meal master format and posted it to Usenet in 1997 (from whence it spread rapidly across the web). However, you will often see it attributed to Mickey Forster.
