Iowa Pea Salad White Way Cafe

1 lb bag of frozen Green Pea?s, defrosted

OR

fresh peas, cooked until just tender (3 min)

2 stalks of Celery?, sliced thinly
4 oz Cheddar Cheese?, cubed or shredded
1/2 cup sweet pickles, chopped (or Sweet Relish?)
2 Egg?s, hard boiled, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise?

Combine all ingredients. Serve cold.
